- I’m a Web designer/illustrator based in Melbourne. I love going to bands, drinking cups of green tea, supping on pints of stout (Coopers, of course), looking at/doing pop-surrealism art, getting/looking at masterfully done tattoos that have stories, being with lovely people who have lovely smiles and witty and/or poignant things to say. I’m quite fond of verbs. Plus, I lived in Japan for a while, consequently a lot of my work has been inspired by that wonderful, crazy place.

I came Close to submitting something for that contest, but their choice of format (jpeg or GIF?!) is just stupid, and the previews look so lame. BTW my love for that trooper is indescribable.

Yeah I agree Alex - the quality of the image is absolute pants! Plus, they said it was 'copyrighted' material so it got removed anyhoo:) They have the nerve to ask me for more submissions too
